mike... i think this looks good, two story looks awesome! and would it be possible to have a 3bed and a 2 bed? i think you should find all the details asap :D (where the availables are, how far it is from school, waiting lists etc)
It would be nice to find something closer to school. I guess my riff is that moving in to these apartments would actually move me FURTHER from campus than my current living arrangement (with my parents). HA! So the rule is... must be closer to school than Doug's house.

Understood. However, I just want to ensure that we start with the strongest concentration of college students first and then look elsewhere when that is unavailable. We could have a great community anywhere, but where are the college students...that go to our school...?
